ManagoStores
The warehouse suite that knows which shelf it is on
A multi-warehouse stock and ERP suite — web, a React Native companion app, and now ManagoStores POS on the desktop for the shop counter — built barcode-first for people working on their feet.
The problem
A quantity column is not an inventory
Most stock software tells you that you have forty of something. It does not tell you that thirty-one are in Athens on rack B4, eight are on a van, and one has been "being counted" since March. The gap between those two answers is where money quietly leaks out of a warehouse.
What we built
Positions, movements and a scanner
ManagoStores models the warehouse the way the people in it think about it: multiple warehouses, real positions inside them, and every change in stock as a movement with an author and a timestamp. The phone app is not an afterthought — the scanner is the primary interface, and the web app is where you go to understand what the scanners did.
Inside the product
What is actually in it
Multi-warehouse & positions
Every item lives at a place, not merely in a total. Transfers, counts and corrections all move stock between real positions.
Barcode-first workflows
Receiving, picking, transfers and stocktakes are designed for a scanner in one hand. The mouse is the fallback, not the default.
Roles, permissions & audit
Who may correct a count is a different question from who may see a valuation. Every write lands in an activity log with the person on it.
Valuation & analytics
Stock value over time, dead stock, movement velocity — the numbers a manager argues with an accountant about.
React Native companion
iOS and Android from one codebase, built to keep taking scans when the warehouse Wi-Fi does what warehouse Wi-Fi does.
ManagoStores POS — desktop
An Electron app for the shop counter: sales, returns and end-of-day against the same ERP. It is in the testing zone — it does not go into a shop until the totals agree.
Wired to the cash register
The POS talks to the shop's Greek fiscal device, so the receipt comes out of the machine the law names rather than out of a second, parallel set of books.
One stock, two counters
What the till sells leaves the same stock the warehouse scanner counts. There is no second inventory to reconcile at the end of the day.
A clean REST API
Documented JSON endpoints so the e-shop, the accounting package and the courier can all join the same conversation.
Our apps ship straight to the people using them today. The Google Play listings follow as soon as our company developer account clears verification.

The calls we would defend
Who it is for
Companies whose stock lives in more than one place and whose spreadsheet stopped being funny.
-
Stock is never edited — it is moved, and every movement keeps its author.
-
The mobile app queues scans offline and reconciles them, rather than losing the aisle you just walked.
-
Roles are modelled on what the job actually is, so a picker cannot silently rewrite a valuation.
-
The POS does not go into a shop until its totals agree with the cash register — which is why it is still in testing, and why we say so instead of hiding it behind a "coming soon".
