1) Acceptance

By accessing or using our website, apps, or services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2) Services

We provide software engineering, DevOps, consulting, and the ManagoStores suite (web + mobile). Certain features may require an account and assigned roles/permissions.

3) Accounts & security

• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security incident.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or present security risk.

4) Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Services (no illegal activity, malware, scraping where forbidden, or attempts to breach security).
• Respect intellectual property and privacy rights.
• Use API endpoints according to documented limits and authentication.

5) Fees & payment

Where applicable, pricing is provided via proposal or order form. Unless otherwise specified, fees are exclusive of taxes. Invoices are due as stated in the agreement.

6) Intellectual property

We retain all rights to our software, documentation, trademarks, and content. Customer data remains the property of the customer. Deliverables for custom projects are governed by the applicable agreement or SOW.

7) Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect the other party’s confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of providing/receiving the Services. This obligation survives termination.

8) Third-party services

Our Services may integrate with third-party providers (e.g., hosting, analytics). Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services.

9) Warranties & disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForgeIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business. Our aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amounts paid to us for the Services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12) Term & termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or risk to security. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but sections intended to survive will continue (e.g., confidentiality, IP, limitations, governing law).

13) Governing law & venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved by the competent courts of add your city here, Greece, unless otherwise required by law.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
