A scouting and professional-network platform for Greek football and basketball: players, coaches, staff and scouts on one side, clubs and academies on the other.
The problem
A career that lives in a WhatsApp group
A Greek footballer's or coach's professional history exists as rumour, a phone number and somebody's memory. There is no place where a stint is recorded, verified by the club it names, and findable by the academy two towns over that is actually hiring. Clubs, meanwhile, advertise a physio vacancy by asking around.
What we built
A profile, a club page, and a job board between them
Scoutaras is LinkedIn's shape applied honestly to sport: a living professional CV, club pages run by real staff, and an opportunities board where a club posts several roles at once and people apply. Verification is free and is never for sale, and ranking is never bought — that is written into the product copy, not just the roadmap.

Profiles & verified history
A stint can name a real club page, and that club verifies it. A profile's badge means a club vouched for it — not that somebody paid.
Club & academy pages
Organisation pages with several admins, followers, and everything the club posts, on the model people already understand.
The Scout tab
A club posts one opening with several roles; people apply; the club works a real applicant pipeline with shared notes and ratings.
Real-time messaging
Connections-only direct messages over WebSockets, with presence, typing, read receipts and reactions.
A network that means something
Mutual connections between people, one-way follows for clubs, and suggestions ranked by who you actually both know.
Two paid sides, honestly split
Premium for individuals (who viewed you, unlimited applications, priority) and tiered subscriptions for clubs that gate hiring volume — never visibility.
