Services

From the first sketch to the pager at 3am

We take a product all the way: the architecture, the code, the infrastructure it runs on, and the boring operational work that decides whether it is still standing a year later.

Web applications

Laravel · Livewire · Filament · Tailwind

The dashboards, portals and back offices that a business actually runs on. Server-rendered, fast on a bad connection, and readable by the next developer who opens the file.

  • Multi-tenant SaaS with real role and permission models
  • Admin panels in Filament that staff do not need training for
  • Bilingual from day one — Greek and English, not one plus a machine
  • Test coverage around the rules that would be expensive to break

Mobile applications

React Native · Expo · offline-first

Companion apps for people who are standing up, holding a scanner, with one bar of signal. Built to keep working when the network does not.

  • One codebase for iOS and Android, shipped through Expo
  • Barcode and camera workflows that survive a warehouse aisle
  • Offline queues that reconcile instead of losing the last hour
  • Store submission, signing and release channels handled by us

Our apps ship straight to the people using them today. The Google Play listings follow as soon as our company developer account clears verification.

DevOps & cloud

Docker · K3s/Podman · CI/CD · observability

The part most agencies hand back as a zip file. We containerise, automate the deploy, and put monitoring in front of it so a failure is a notification rather than a phone call from a customer.

  • Reproducible environments — the same image from laptop to production
  • Pipelines that refuse to deploy a red build
  • Backups that are restored on a schedule, not merely taken
  • Metrics, logs and alerts that point at a cause, not at a graph

ERP & warehouses

ManagoStores or a module cut to your flow

Stock, positions, movements, valuation and the paperwork around them. Either our own suite, or the two modules you are missing bolted onto what you already run.

  • Multi-warehouse with positions, not just a quantity column
  • Barcode-first flows designed for a scanner, not a mouse
  • Valuation and stock analytics an accountant will accept
  • A retail counter on the desktop, wired to the Greek cash register
  • A clean REST API so the rest of your systems can join in

APIs & integrations

REST · webhooks · payments · logistics

Making two systems that were never designed to speak agree on the truth. Idempotent, retried, logged, and observable when the other side goes down — because it will.

  • Documented REST/JSON APIs with versioning that means something
  • Payment providers, couriers, ERPs, myDATA-adjacent plumbing
  • Webhook receivers written to be re-delivered without double-charging
  • Sync jobs with dead-letter handling and a screen a human can read

Consulting & rescue

Audits · performance · security · second opinions

Somebody built it, they are gone, and it is slow, scary or both. We read the code, tell you the truth about it in writing, and then either fix it or hand you a plan you can give to anyone.

  • Architecture and code review with a written, prioritised report
  • Performance work measured against a before and an after
  • Security review — authorisation, data exposure, dependency risk
  • Takeover of an abandoned codebase, without a rewrite unless it earns it

Ways to work with us

Three shapes, and we will say which one fits

We would rather turn down a badly shaped engagement than take it and disappoint you six weeks in.

Typical: 6–16 weeks

Fixed-scope build

A defined product, a written scope, a delivery date. Best when you know what you want and it can be described.

Typical: rolling, monthly

Ongoing partnership

A monthly slice of the team, a rolling roadmap, and a named person who knows your system. Best for a product that keeps growing.

Typical: 1–3 weeks

Audit or rescue

A short, sharp engagement: read it, measure it, write the truth down, fix the worst of it. Best when you inherited something.

What you get regardless

The same four things on every engagement

A named human

One person who knows your system and answers your email. Not a ticket queue.

Your own repository

Code lands in your Git from the first commit. No handover cliff at the end.

Written decisions

Every architectural call is documented with its reasoning, in the repo.

A working URL

A staging environment you can open from week two and click around in.

Before you ask

The questions everyone asks second

How much does something like this cost?
Honestly: it depends on the shape, and anyone who quotes you before understanding it is guessing. Tell us the problem and we will come back with a range and what moves it, before anyone signs anything.
Can you work with our existing team?
Yes, and we often do. We review their code as gladly as our own and we do not need to own the repository to be useful.
Do we have to host with you?
No. Your cloud, your on-premise box, or ours — the deployment is containerised specifically so that choice stays yours.
Will it be in Greek?
Every product we ship is bilingual from the first screen, with Greek as a first-class language. If you need a third, adding it is a translation file rather than a rebuild.
What happens after launch?
Support with a named person, security and dependency updates, and a roadmap. If you would rather run it yourself, we hand over the documentation and the runbooks and answer questions for as long as it takes.

We Forge your Internet.

Got something that needs forging?

Tell us what you are trying to build. We answer every serious enquiry within 24 hours — usually with questions, sometimes with a rough plan attached.

No sales funnel, no chatbot. An email lands on a developer's desk.
