The studio
Small on purpose, senior on purpose
ForgeIT is a Greek software house. We build web and mobile products, run the infrastructure under them, and stay responsible for both long after the invoice is paid.
Why we exist
Most software that Greek businesses run was either bought off a shelf and bent until it almost fits, or built once by somebody who has since moved on. Both end the same way: a system nobody fully understands, that everybody is slightly afraid of, and that quietly costs more every year it survives.
We started ForgeIT to do the unglamorous opposite. Read the problem properly. Choose a small, boring, well-understood stack. Write down every decision worth arguing about. Ship something usable in weeks rather than a reveal in months. Then stay on the hook for it.
The same standard applies to our own products. ManagoStores runs real stock for real companies, and FisikoTherapyHUB runs real physiotherapy practices. Scoutaras and Radiopoli are being built to the same rules, in the open, with the design decisions documented as we go — which is exactly why we can tell you how any of them work down to the schema.
A system nobody understands is a system nobody can safely change.
The short history
How we got here
-
2024
ForgeIT is founded
A software house with an opinion: Laravel on the back, one narrow stack, everything documented, everything bilingual.
-
2024
ManagoStores goes live
Our warehouse suite starts handling real stock in real warehouses — web plus the React Native companion, barcode-first from the first screen.
-
2026
FisikoTherapyHUB goes live
The physiotherapy platform reaches production, built around a hard privacy claim: the patient portal has no route to the clinical record, and no practice reaches a patient without consent.
-
2026
Scoutaras on the anvil
A scouting and professional network for Greek football and basketball, where verification is free and ranking is never for sale.
-
2026
ManagoStores POS enters the testing zone
An Electron desktop app that brings the suite to the shop counter and talks to the Greek cash register. It is being proved against real totals before it stands in front of a customer.
-
2026
Radiopoli takes shape
A platform for Greek radio: one app for listeners, a dashboard for the stations, and a rule we will not bend — the audio never passes through our servers. Trikala is the first market, then Thessaly, then the country.

Whatever should exist next
We take on client work all year and start a product when we are convinced it ought to exist. There is room on the bench.
How we are set up
No account managers, no bench, no handover cliff
The people who scope your project are the people who write it. That is the whole organisational chart.
You talk to the builder
Remote, EU-wide, Greek-anchored
One narrow stack, deeply
We say no
Under the hood
What we build on, and why
Every choice here is defended by "we know exactly where this breaks", never by "it is new".
